What we do

Scything
As a nicer alternative to lawnmowers and strimmers we can scythe anything from turf grass up to young brambles and saplings.

Robert is an experienced scythesman and has been a finalist at the Scottish Scything Festival!

Rewilding
We try to encourage all of our customers to make more space for nature.

We work with local community groups and charities to maintain existing wildlife habitats and help to establish new species-rich areas in place of monoculture plots.

Grass cutting
We offer regular cuts either weekly or fortnightly, as well as a one-off blitz if your grass is out of control.

We can collect or mulch clippings with dedicated mowers for each task. We’d much rather mulch though – it’s better for your lawn!
Garden tidies
BEFORE
AFTER

Whether you’re moving in, moving out, or things have just got a bit out of control; we can do one-off tidies for any situation.

We’re happy to come and have a look and to provide a no-obligation quote for the job.

Landscaping
We can help you with most aspects of soft landscaping projects, including turfing; hedge planting; bed/border creation and planting schemes; creation of wildflower areas; raised beds; paths and edging – just not hardscaping/building works.
Hedge & tree care
We can take care of hedge and small tree maintenance – up to a certain size – whether it’s a regular trim or a large reduction. We always try to cut at the appropriate time for a given species and to avoid disturbing nesting birds.
Ongoing garden care
We offer regular visits, either just through the growing season or as year-round contracts if you would prefer. If you have a preferred day for us to come then we can try our best to accommodate this.
